3.1. By participating in the Pay After Placement program, you understand and acknowledge that the program fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. 3.2. Regardless of program completion, job placement outcomes, or any other factors, no refunds will be granted.

4. Commitment to Payment:

4.1. You commit to fulfill the payment obligations associated with the Pay After Placement program as agreed upon during enrollment. 4.2. Non-payment or partial payment of program fees will result in consequences as outlined in the program's terms and conditions.

5. Program Completion and Placement:

5.1. The absence of a job placement or any other desired outcome does not impact the non-refundable nature of the program fees. 5.2. Successful completion of the program or achievement of specific outcomes does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Refund Policy:

6.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified time frame as mentioned in the refund policy. 6.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any administrative charges and fees for the classes attended.

7. Study Materials:

7.1. Study materials provided by the coaching center are for personal use only and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited. 7.2. The coaching center is not responsible for the accuracy or effectiveness of external study materials recommended to students.

8. Termination and Suspension:

8.1. The coaching center reserves the right to terminate or suspend a student's enrollment for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or disruptive behavior.
